Full Service, Baby is our full service option that we offer to only 10 couples each year so that we can truly devote our undivided attention to your big day. All of your wedding décor and flowers will be thoughtfully designed with pops of unexpected beauty! From the moment we meet to the big day itself, our full planning and design service offers you the most value and the comfort of knowing that your event is in the right hands. As your single point of contact, we begin the design process by getting to know your story. With a series of inspiration boards and mock-ups, your style becomes our focal point while we plan your celebration. Finally, after months of designing décor and seeking out complimentary vendors to your venue, we’re all hands on deck. On the day of, we manage the logistics for a flawless event, while creatively ensuring that everything looks absolutely perfect. To get the most out of the "Full Service, Baby" Package, our clients typically have an average floral budget of $7K, but we can work with you on any size budget. This does not include the event design piece of the puzzle, which we consider to be rentals, paper goods, and other décor. Event Design is priced according to the type, size and extensiveness of your event. Our typical client usually budgets between $3-$5K for event design. Before contracts are signed, we will price out each piece of the design job in an itemized list for you to review. Please be aware that all prices are estimate, and completely customized, depending on your event (no matter how big, or small!)

What the plan includes:
Pre-event presentation, creative decoration, floral arrangements, and event planning and coordinating throughout the course of the process. We source, design and create all décor and florals for you completele in-house by Ohana. pre-event presentation includes design board, color palette, and full 20+ page creative direction PDF that presents your suggested design direction for every décor and floral item for your wedding.


· Stop and Smell the Roses ·

Our passion is flowers and we truly believe that with the right floral arrangements and placements, your day will be transformed into an editorial quality event. With our "Stop and Smell the Flowers" package, we provide florals for your big day that are lush, romantic, and perfectly wild. We aim to create seasonally-stunning center pieces, bouquets, and arrangements to be placed thoughtfully throughout your event space. Whether it’s a stunning arrangement welcoming the guests at the escort-table, or a small brass urn overflowing with florals placed near your drink station, our bespoke floral design that will take your guests' breath away. Our clients typically have an average floral budget of $7K, but we are willing to work with any size budget. Pricing is custom and based entirely on the extensiveness of the event, the number of arrangements and bouquets, the type of flowers, and the desired vases.

Paper Goods

· Personality Plus ·

We love a cohesive paper good suite and believe that it is the thread that pulls your event together. Your wedding is a representation of you as a couple, or your "brand". Let us create one for you! Through our "Personality Plus" paper goods package, you speak to your guests directly. Ohana provides the option for you to have branded menus, escort cards, welcome bag cards, save-the-dates, invitations, thank you cards, and any other witty signage sprinkled throughout your day. As part of this package, Ohana’s in-house graphic designer will handcraft your paper suite for you, taking your event to the next level. We handle it all by sourcing paper, design, and high-end professional printing. We also work closely with a very talented calligraphy artist who specializes in creating beautiful wedding signage in this beloved script that gives a whimsical feel to any affair. Pricing is custom for the "Personality Plus" package and based entirely on your paper goods wish list.
